Our story
We started with a question most home cooks stop asking: why does honest cookware cost this much?
One pan. A lifetime of meals.
We were tired of pans that peeled, warped or ended up in the bin after a year. Tired of “professional” price tags with nothing to back them up. So we went looking for a material that could keep up with a real kitchen, and found titanium: strong, light and built to last.
Every Taiko pan is hammered by hand, and each one carries the marks of the people who made it. We make them properly and price them fairly, so it becomes the pan you reach for every morning, every Sunday dinner, every late-night fried egg. Not for a season. For years.
Because the best meals were never really about the pan. They’re about who’s at the table. We just make sure the pan never lets you down.
— The Taiko Cookware Team
Trusted where cooking is a profession
Professional kitchens demand cookware that performs under pressure, every single service. Here's what chefs who made the switch have to say.
"We switched to titanium early. Better heat control than our old non-stick, no toxic fumes during service, should've made this change years ago."
Antonio C.
Executive Chef. LA, CA.
Built different. Priced fair.
Every piece in our range has an uncoated titanium surface. No PFAS, no PTFE, no ceramic coatings that quietly wear off. The surface becomes naturally non-stick with use. Nothing to replace, nothing to worry about.
We don't hide behind vague material claims. Every pan is hand-hammered, tested on every cooktop type, and backed by a lifetime warranty. If it fails under normal use, we replace it. We can say that because the material doesn't fail.
What started as one pan now serves thousands of kitchens. A growing range from frying pans to woks, pots, cutting boards and utensils. Different shapes, same principle: uncoated titanium where
your food touches it. We're still a small team, still checking every piece before it ships.
