How do Taiko's products compare to alternatives with non-stick coatings or Teflon?

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package from our Track My Order page.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order arrives. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Do you offer free returns?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I start a return or exchange?

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
